One Step Greener works on Waste Management, Recycling, and Tree Plantations. It strives towards a zero-waste future and creates employment for Rag Pickers to move to the formal sector ensuring they work safely with dignity and gain financial literacy. Our main goals are; helping change behavior by educating people on the harm that irresponsible disposal of waste causes, ensuring households/corporates/schools start segregating their waste at source and offering a pick up of their dry waste, recycling different waste streams collected through certified recyclers, motivating children, households, and institutions to join the movement and planting mini forests in the city along with the community.
